The origins of Sherwa Apparel lie in Kathmandu, Nepal. In 2001, "VASTRA DEVI," a clothes production firm, was established. Our little team of ethnic Sherpas, Tibetans, and Nepalese had a genuine drive to create the greatest mountain gear and cosmopolitan apparel styles that would be both reasonably priced and environmentally friendly for consumers worldwide. As a result, Sherwa clothes works tirelessly to ensure that its products are of the highest calibre in the area. It also started producing clothes fit for export and qualified manufacturing for foreign businesses in the USA, Canada, Japan, and India, including Amina Co. Ltd. Gato firm. Treqa in Canada.

Additionally, it started to fabricate items for well-known regional Nepalese companies in Kathmandu, such as Sonam Gear and Sherpa Adventure Gear. Fast-forward to 2024, we created a store for merchants and wholesalers in Thamel, Kathmandu, where we sell a range of our genuine jacket, hat, and pants designs.

The literal term Sherwa is composed of the words "Sher" and "Wa". It translates, the people who live in the East. In Sherpa language, it is called "SHERWA"; in Tibetan, it is called "SHERPA".

OUR Objective and Motto

Our objective is to create jobs for those in need in the community while offering reasonable and affordable prices. Our motto, "find your path," refers to the idea of discovering your way in finding your destination.
